Finally, the Shelby GT500 utilizes a 5.2-liter supercharged V8 producing an astounding 760 horsepower and 625 lb-ft of torque.

A 6-speed manual transmission is standard in all but the Mustang Shelby GT500, which uses a 7-speed automatic. A 10-speed automatic is available.
